We like the company overall. It is our favorite buyback site. However, some process needs to be in place for sellers to be returned rejected items. It is an important part of the learning process for sellers and is offered by numerous other buyback companies. Some companies even include a photo of the item’s problem. It can be unsettling to lose permanently a rather expensive item with the only feedback being “excessive damage.”
Customer service was amazing I had a set of bottles that were having some issues and I reached out to customer service and due to the issues and the fact that these bottles are only 3 months old they allowed me to dispose of them and they sent me replacements of all five bottles. My son loves these bottles.
I spoke with Antony as I had purchased a faulty breast pump, and my local store couldn’t follow through with the return. He sent me a replacement pump to my original electric pump as I couldn’t find it anywhere and had to try out their hands free pump. They’re the best with customer service super quick and understanding. Thank you Antony you’ve saved my first breastfeeding experience.
