Review Time
I sent them two items as part of a trade. One of them was a box set containing a cd and a book, in perfect condition. I am shocked to learn that it was refused and that not only will I not get the promised money, but they won't return it to me either. I work with books and know the quality they expect for items to be accepted. This item matched the expectations outlined on their website. I have bought second-hand books form WoB before that were in shocking conditions, which never stopped them from selling them at a too-high price. I am highly disappointed in whoever made the decision to reject the aforementioned item, and whilst I used to recommend their website and app to my friends and colleagues (I also deal with books in a charity shop that sells some using your app), I shall now turn to their competitors. Furthermore, I am unsure of the legality of their doings. Rejecting books by not paying the original owner and yet keeping them to "recycle", which is a convenient word to mean they will probably sell them again...
