Easy to use app. Reimbursements are low. And on the two separate times of using the app, I received a few dollars difference from stated amount in original email and actual dollar amount sent after shipping the books, (in great condition). Both transactions were reduced by a few dollars from stated amount and actual payout amount… even when the books and cds were all in good to great condition! Upsetting!
Jo was absolutely amazing constantly keeping me updated with my order and supplies information letting me know some parts are out of stock but I’d still be able to get them when they come in! Absolutely love the company and products 🩷
We like the company overall. It is our favorite buyback site. However, some process needs to be in place for sellers to be returned rejected items. It is an important part of the learning process for sellers and is offered by numerous other buyback companies. Some companies even include a photo of the item’s problem. It can be unsettling to lose permanently a rather expensive item with the only feedback being “excessive damage.”
