Scummy THIEVES. I sent in a huge order of books and you didn’t pay me $200 worth of that order, claiming you did not receive most of the items. This is entirely false and untrue! Customer service is a joke…they have no proof of pictures of this ridiculous claim, didn’t attempt to contact me about this matter at all. What a horrible company
Raisin is generally a pretty good platform. But there are two things I dislike about Raisin:1) It takes 14 days to get a refund when Raisin makes mistakes. They erroneously charged me $39.90 in 2024 for a "Early Withdrawal Penalty" on my 1099-Int form. A refund like this should only take maybe 2-3 business days to be issued.2) Raisin Customer Service Reps never attach email strings in their email messages. I greatly dislike that habit, because being able to see the previous emails lends itself to good continuity and understanding to the subject at hand. Raisin needs to start attaching email strings asap!Date of experience: February 03, 2025
