After I made an error I tried to cancel before the ticket was issued but it's not possible due to "automation" according to the chatbot. As a result I am $400 out of pocket. Won't be using them again.

Paid for a service I never received – Stay away from BudgetAir

If I could give 0 stars, I would. BudgetAir is a total scam. I paid for a checked bag during booking, the charge went through, but the bag was never added to my flight. I had to pay again directly with the airline.Customer service is horrible. Every time I call, they hang up after saying I’ll get a refund email in 48 hours, but I never receive anything. They’re rude, unprofessional, and clearly don’t care.To make it worse, I found that the flight was cheaper booking directly through the airline. This platform is dishonest and completely unreliable.Please learn from my mistake – DO NOT book with BudgetAir.

Horrendous runaround
