I bought tickets and just a few hours later, after I had already received my e-ticket, the flight was cancelled. It would be much better if you could check ticket availability before charging a customer, so people don’t spend hours thinking their travel plans are confirmed only to find out they’re not. Now I’m waiting for a refund and I really hope there won’t be any issues with that.
They sold me a wrong ticket to other destination. When I called them trough the phone and I explained the situation they just told hung me up. I called again to the other number provided and they also hung me up after explaining the situation.
