I never received my order which I placed in November. They did reply to begin with but just kept advising me that my tracking number would follow shortly (spoiler: it never did). When I finally gave up and requested a refund they began to ignore all of my emails. Having to try and get my money back through my bank now.
I ordered a compression shirt on November 29th and chose to be patient due to the extended shipping period. As of January 15th, I still haven't received a tracking email and my attempts to get an order update via email have gone unanswered.
I ordered on December 20 and received only a confirmation email. There was no shipping information, no tracking number, and my messages went unanswered. It's frustrating to pay and feel completely ignored. I'm unsure if my order is even being shipped. Would not recommend due to poor communication and lack of customer support.
I placed an order on December 12th, 2025, and my credit card was charged. I received a confirmation email, but nothing else. Despite sending multiple emails, I received no replies. Now my credit card company is disputing the charges to get my money back. This company is a total scam; do not buy from them.
