Using points to reduce our bills is a nice touch, apart from that I find the othe offers annoying as I'm not interested, I did try & enrol on the new discount tariff that there are offering, but was unable to complete the application on line, so I am planning to visit their shop to register
I have a Spanish Holiday home in Velez Malaga since September 2021. The house was set up to use Endesa, i was on the LUZ 1 Contract and invoices were sent out usually aprox 35 x days. I dont live at my spanish home and only go once for a month in July. My bills were getting expensive as i dont live there, they add on Potency/ meter hire and taxes making your bills higher. In October 2024 i changed my Contract to Luz 2 based on monthly bills, averaging 45/50 euros a month all of a sudden i am receiving current bills and some dated 2023, whicj i have already paid. I have been on Endesa customer service chat. and explained why are they sending 2023 bills from 2 x years ago when i have paid all bills to date. They sent me a ref number on email and said someone will look in to my bills. Looked at my Santander.es banking and Endesa are taking 2 x payments out tomorrow, one of them is from 2023 €63 and a current bill for April 2025 - €65 euro. I am getting fed up now with Endesa at the end of my Tether with them !!!
