Clearly Endesa did not read my review because I said in my review that their whatsapp 'help' is that their operators take hours to reply, dont offer solutions other than phone the number (which doesnt work and doesnt have english help) and then the whatsapp people close the conversation on you.An absolute circus run by clowns.
A good advice to all the people moving to Spain avoid this company att any cost, nightmare to speak to someone in English no help att all good luck trying to discuss or dispute an invoice,they are basically ripping foringer off, dont get suckered in to their offering, electricity Maffia in Spain, shop around, !!avoid Naturgy and endsa!!
