Review Time
We have just had Endesa for less than a year for our holiday home in Spain. So far, we have had no negative experiences.One of the reasons we chose Endesa is the fact that the bills can be paid by direct debit from a foreign account. So there is no need to open a Spanish account.
Sadly I have no other choice than to try and warn others via a review should you try and leave this company for another provider. I am currently being contacted between 2 and 3 times every day, morning and night for Endesa to try and 'win' me back, even though I no longer own the house they used to supply! I have tried numerous times to tell them I sold the house and to please remove my details from them system but they will not listen. I even rang customer services, held on for 15 minutes only to have the girl on the other end of the line hang up on me when she realised I just wanted my details removed. AARRRRGGGHHH SOOO frustrating!!! LEAVE ME ALONE ENDESA!!!
