Review Time
I was having a nightmare contacting Endesa to get my electricity contract resolved for my house in la cala de mijas Malaga .I had tried for three days on the website help line. Then I got in touch with someone called Jose who got hold of my details and resolved the issue and sent me a contract straight away. I have tried to write a review on him but their website will not let me. He was so fantastic I just had to write a review on him .If anyone from Endesa picks this up try and find Jose and give him a pay rise his mobile line on the WhattsApp site was 651088073 if this helps you to find him
The electrical supply into my property was shorting out, causing sparks and melting insulation. I called Endesa to request they address the problem urgently as it was a fire risk. They acted dumb and were abusive on the phone because I needed to speak in English. Despite being a potentially dangerous emergency, they refused to respond professionally. I am stuck with Endesa as they have the monopoly for electrical supply in my area. No third party electrician will touch the supply side - it must be fixed by an Endesa endorsed electrician. They have failed very badly in this instance
Horrible customer service that don't answer you. When you complain they simply write: Case resolved after a week or so, and they don't even inform you.They just stole extra €600 from my account with a very wrongful invoice, and no-one bothers to answer me.Their chat service is also a joke. They have no knowledge at all.Stay away from this so called company. They have no idea what they are doing.
Absolute joke of a company tried to set up Direct Debit for Dad and Step Mum contacted via whats app no real answers, phoned someone at Ho who was going to phone back thus who speaks English no phone call tried 3 x again tried HO, nothing, I was offered to complete a customer survey, to which i agreed, several times and surprise surprise didn't receive the link...STAY CLEAR OF THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY
I started getting suspicious about this company when I paid more for electricity in the spring/beginning of summer than I did in the middle of the cold winter of 2023. I checked my bill and found a service charge of €4.95 a month for maintenance service, which I NEVER AGREED to. Check Google about the EndesaX scam. So now I have started a never-ending journey to cancel the service I never asked for. The first and only ticket I opened was closed by them, telling me that I have to call a number instead. After trying to contact them via ticket and chat, I now get an error message saying that this service is not available to me (anymore). On 14.06.2024, I received an email from them telling me that the conditions for my extra service costing €4.95 are changing and that I have one month until 01.07 to cancel it or accept. I received the email on 14.06, and they give you 2 weeks, not one month as mentioned in the email. So far, I have not been able to cancel the service, which (once again) to my knowledge I never agreed to or signed up for.
I moved house at the beginning of the year and for the last few months have been trying to resolve a problem with my new contract to no avail.... several calls made, no help - the app does not work to make an appointment - visited the Fuengirola shop and found the staff to be most unhelpful and extremely dismissive and rude.However today having travelled to the shop in Arroy de la Miel hoping to get help I most certainly did from a member of staff called Marta... with my limited Spanish amd Marta's limited English she was more than happy to help which she did. She went over and above to resolve our issue which as it happens was not easy. The two other ladies in the shop were great as they also helped. Generally Endesa's customer service is dreadful, the exception to the rule is a shinning light that is Marta and her colleagues - thanks from a very grateful customer.
Totally indifferent to customers. Sadly that what’s happens when an organisation has a monopoly. I’m wanting to change the bank details for my direct debit to Endesa which supplies the electricity here in Southern Spain. An operation which should take a few moments on the Endesa app. Sadly the badly written software offers one objection after another. Now waiting an hour in an office with a group of patient customers with no end in sight.
Why is this ridiculously hopeless company even allowed to operate. They are pathetic. A credit that is due to me since March this year is still waiting to happen. I am informed by email it will be applied to my next bill but each new bill l receives is sans credit. This company is one big joke that waste your time and treat you with contempt . Even half a star is too much
