very difficult to communicate with if not Spanish

very difficult to communicate with Endesa as my Spanish is not good. I really try but the operator / agent usually gives up and ends the call. If I could send via whatsapp or email my request I could first translate to Spanish and then the service would be much more efficient and effective for everyone

They keep calling and calling even if we say we are not interested and they have to delete our number from their database! and they use biomass, is a green washing with a lot of emissions, something we should cut immediately
