This is my third time purchasing from Endless Mining, and every experience has been just as impressive as the last. I’ve previously bought both an S19K Pro and an ElphaPex DG Home 1, and from start to finish, everything went flawlessly — from delivery times and customs clearance to having the units arrive at my door even faster than expected.Recently, lightning struck my house, and unfortunately, my DG Home 1’s control board was fried. While Endless Mining doesn’t stock replacement control boards for the DG Home 1, I reached out to ElphaPex directly to order one. That process turned out to be complicated, with customs fees, international shipping, and ID requirements like a passport (which I didn’t have).So, I contacted Endless Mining to see if they could help — and to my surprise, they went above and beyond. Within two weeks, they had sourced and delivered a brand-new control board straight to my door, and I was back to mining again.Their professionalism, transparency, and customer support continue to amaze me in an industry that can sometimes feel shady or unreliable. If you’re reading reviews trying to decide who to trust with your miner purchase, give Endless Mining the chance — you won’t regret it.

On May 10th, I placed and paid in full for an ALEO AE1 Lite from EndlessMining, with the understanding that it belonged to the April batch — clearly advertised with an expected shipping window of April 30th – May 10th.That was the basis of the commercial agreement.Despite paying on time and in full, my unit was never shipped, and I received no tracking number, no clear delivery date, and no transparent communication.Instead, here’s what happened:- I was told the batch had arrived at their warehouse.- Days later, I was told that wasn’t my batch.- I was offered $100 toward UK tariffs, despite the fact that my unit was being shipped to the United States.I asked for a refund based on the failed delivery window and was refused, with the company citing their self-imposed 30-day policy hidden in their terms.Meanwhile, I placed an identical order with a different vendor, who was able to provide delivery confirmation and tracking within 24 hours. That directly contradicts EndlessMining’s narrative that the April batch was not shipping yet. It was — just not to me, despite my order being within the valid timeframe.When I pointed this out and insisted on a refund, I received an email from the CEO doubling down on the refusal and then threatening me with legal action for supposedly defaming the company — simply for saying I would share my factual, documented experience online.Let me be clear: I have records of every email, Discord message, and contradiction.This review contains only verifiable facts. I have not received the product I paid for.EndlessMining has refused a refund, despite the original delivery window having clearly expired.They refer to U.S. law and their Maryland-based terms and conditions — but I am a consumer based in the European Union, and this was a cross-border transaction, where EU consumer protection laws apply under Regulation (EU) 2011/83 and Directive 93/13/EEC.This review is not an opinion — it is a report. One based on a real transaction that went completely off the rails and was handled with what I can only describe as legalistic deflection, misdirection, and a total lack of customer care.If EndlessMining issues a full and immediate refund, I will consider updating this review to reflect that. Until then, I stand by every word — and I will be escalating this through ECC Italy, AGCM, and EU Small Claims.I strongly advise others to look elsewhere. This company failed to deliver the product, failed to own their mistakes, and tried to intimidate me into silence.Buyer beware.
I had an excellent experience. Their customer service is great, especially Dominik, who was incredibly responsive and helpful. He answered all my questions quickly and effectively, making the entire process smooth and easy. Shipping was on time, and the product arrived exactly as described. They took care of import and customs. I definitely recommend them. Great experience all around!
UPDATE: The vendor has contacted me and made things right.Disappointing experience. On my first order someone reaches out and asks if I need anything (probably to try and up-sell me on hosting). First order arrives fine, miner works, no issues with it almost a year later. Happy.I place a second order for the same type of device. No one reaches out (that's fine), arrives fairly quickly, excellent condition, just as the first. Not expecting any problems. Happy.A few days later, the miner stops mining. Reach out to them via contact form on website. No response. After getting assistance from BitcoinTalk from a random stranger, I discover I received a unit with a bad fan. I reach out to EndlessMining again, this time through Telegram. No response.I end up having to buy a new fan at my own expense from a 3rd party vendor. Still haven't heard back from EndlessMining.
ended hosting. provided shipping label 3rd week of december. since then, they refused to send back my asic, refused to refund me my initial deposit, tried to overcharge me for the delay, and now the asic is MIA as in stolen by this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY save yourself the hassle and headache and all the legal problems youll need to go through. I am now having to file a police report, file forms with the court to place a lien on the costs of my asics, and file forms with the irs on the theft of title and interest on this company as well as having to report them to the BBB and respective states AG where they do business. their customer service is nonexistant. they have tons of excuses every time. and each time, you as the customer demanding performance is painted as the bad guy. probably the only honest review you will see here.edit to reply to their reply: when you refused to ship back my miner for over a month, i said i will file the tax papers for your termination of my title to my miners. nowhere did i say i give up my title. you were given more than three notices to return my miners or face taxable consequences for the theft.see how they try to lie about what happened? no reply for weeks. once a review is posted it takes them 1 week to reach out acting like they did nothing wrong and want to "make things right"
Gave them a chance, my machine was 700 dollars more but the sales person got me into crypto so I felt ilke possibly if I could get some profit it would be worth it. I ordered the "october" batch at the end of September.. its been 2 months.. and then I get a email stating that its another 14 day until they SEND the machne. I feel like Ive been jerked around. Will update once I get my machine if its a scam or not and adjust the stars.UPDATE: The company stopped making the KS5t? It was weird, but they contacted me the day after and told me they would host the ks5 pro for me instead. Ill update if I feel lik the stars need to be adjusted, but I just wish they were more transparent.
