My newly ordered rose arrived very quickly, safely and carefully packaged and looking beautifully healthy and fresh.It has several buds and I looks forward to seeing it in bloom. Not the cheapest rose I have bought but I am more than satisfied so far.
Brought the 'Sweet Dreams' Rose for a friend for a memorial anniversary. It is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!! She is over the moon with it. This is the 3rd Rose I've purchased from this company within the past year & all have been outstanding. Highly recommend. Thank you! I will be back.
I bought a two roses last year from them.Absolutely fabulous, All my loving.Delivery was prompt and I did planted accordingly.However All my loving Rose became brownish after few weeks, could not rooted and now dead.The other Roses Absolutely Fabulous is yellow colour, but the colour of rose is pink.It may be only happened to me, but I am absolutely disappointed.Hiro
Ordered before Christmas to be delivered on 3rd January and arrived on time for my mother’s 80th birthday. Lovely healthy specimen which was well packaged in a sturdy plastic pot and outer cardboard box with step by step care instructions provided. Look forward to seeing this bloom later in the season. I ordered a rose for my wife for her birthday and was given a 1 hour time slot by the delivery company DPD I tracked it to three stops from my house and then it just disappeared and I never received it yesterday, so today it was going to be delivered no real apology from DPD then had a message from DPD saying it had been delivered with a photo of some random brown bin which I don't have, I have a black bin with a big white no 6 on it. no joy from DPD someone from English roses phoned me and apologized but won't take responsibility for it saying it is down to DPD not them and all I have is a delivery refund but still no rose. Now if that's not bad customer service I don't know what is. just passing the buck. I hope everyone reads this review.and my wife still doesn't have her birthday rose.trip to the garden centre instead. 🫤 one of my one of my neighbours has come home from work and retrieved it from their bin at least my wife's got the rose . still no excuse for totally unprofessional delivery companies though in my opinion.🫤update:- Have since had a refund from English roses. Another update:-17/ 02/ 25. for some reason English roses seem to be trying to get this review changed or removed something about not being a genuine review . I can assure you it is a truthful reflection of what happened and I have witnesses to back this up.
My rose (Deep Secret) arrived in wonderful condition, with a few buds ready to bloom, which is great given that we are coming to the end of the summer season. It also looked very stunning in it's basket. I am a new customer and am often wary about shopping anywhere other than David Austin Roses, as I have had very bad experiences buying plants online. What a delight this was. If I find more space in my garden I will be back! I really wanted this rose, as beautiful, healthy, fragrant, true red roses can be hard to come by.
