I had already put a review on about English roses mostly because of the delivery company they use however I have since seen the rose which was delivered to my sister in law and it looks really good also thank you Dan for your email to her much appreciated I will use English roses in future if they can 100% guarantee delivery will be on the day I asked for thanks
Ordered a rose in memory of my nephew for his mum on the day that would have been his birthday paid extra for weekend delivery but it didn’t get delivered it was 2 days late I was very angry and upset about it so therefore will not use English roses again
I wanted a beautiful rose to remember my lovely daughter, I looked at other sites but this was so straight forward to use and the roses looked beautiful.My rose arrived well boxed and easy to access and the rose was in excellent condition. I am so pleased and I will definitely use English roses again to complete my daughters memorial garden. Thank you so much
Happy Golden wedding was the Rose I chose as a present. I wasn’t sure if it would be in flower or not so I rang and spoke to a helpful lady who explained about pruning etc. it was delivered on the correct day and I had the DPD app so I knew when it was delivered and received. A very good service from a company I hadn’t used before. I didn’t see the rose of course but I feel sure it will be lovely even if not many flowers this year.
My friend got me and my husband a beautiful rose for our Golden Wedding - I was stunned by the packaging and the lovely rose inside. So I have used this company twice more -once for a sympathy rose and once for a new home —- again amazing packaging - lovely healthy roses- really helpful instructions- everything about this company and their products is first class and I’ll definitely be using them again .
(Sheila’s perfume rose) Absolutely stunning came well packaged with lots of big roses on my nanny is going to absolutely love this for her 95th birthday the delivery was quick and efficient and a lot of care was put into making sure it was safe during delivery Thankyou I would recommend!
I have not received my order yet as it is for a future date. I order it 6 weeks ago. I have had no confirmation email. They have not responded to my email I sent over a week ago and I cannot get through on the phone line. I just want confirmation that the order has been accepted as the money has been taken from my bank account. It’s for a very special anniversary for my parents.
I would have given 5 stars however there was a hidden delivery fee (quite high) that only showed up when I completed the payment.Having said that the rose, wicker basket was in memorial for my brother and my sister in law said they were beautiful and arrived on the specified time. I did pay for a memorial tag, however this was not on the rose tree.
After receiving One in a million for my birthday, I ordered Eyes for you. Both roses arrived in really healthy condition. They are beautiful roses with really nice scent. Bees love them. Colours are really unusual so I get a lot of compliments on them. Would highly recommend.
