Looked everywhere for a particular rose (Sheila's perfume). I wanted one for myself and one as a gift for my sister. It had to be this one as it was to commemorate our late mum who we sadly lost last summer.I experienced a bit of a glitch with the website, but called and made the purchase over the phone within minutes. The lady I spoke to was really helpful. The 2 roses have just arrived, within the delivery timeslot expected. They were individually well boxed, and arrived in perfect condition. The quality is excellent, and they look to be strong and healthy.Thank you English Roses!

I placed my order over the phone, as opposed to online. Advisor was very professional and helpful in choosing the rose, basket and gift tag. All handled very efficiently. Delivery was timely and extremely well communicated. Roses make a wonderful, long lasting and meaningful gift for someone who is difficult to buy for. Buying in winter means the specimen may not have foliage or buds but the anticipation of blooms to come makes it worthwhile. Recommend the willow basket to elevate the presentation & make it easy to care for in its infancy.
We wanted a special rose for our friend's 70th birthday.The rose arrived in good condition, having been carefully packed in a large cardboard box to ensure there was no damage in transit.The price was good compared to competitors and included a lovely card for our message. I also chose a linen bag to go round the plant pot, which sets it off nicely. (You can't easily gift wrap a rose bush!)We had time to select standard delivery but the bush arrived within 4 days of ordering!I would definitely use this company again for a special present.
