They show pictures of your care being MD’s - psychiatrist. That’s the provider I thought I was getting but they made my appointment with a social worker when I found out I immediately canceled the appointment and was charged 165. And 120.00. I have emailed many times and no response!
A disappointing experience. $352 for a 15-minute session with a mental health professional, where I was prescribed medication in the first 5 minutes. It feels like the provider may have connections with pharmaceutical companies, as my concerns were overlooked in favor of immediate prescriptions. I also had to cancel another appointment, resulting in a $175 fee. This is yet another instance of inadequate medical services in our country.
After relocating to TX, I needed a psychiatrist to continue my current medications. My previous doctor from NY couldn't prescribe across state lines, so I turned to an online service to find help. I struggled to locate a contact number for scheduling, as everything was online. I completed a detailed profile, indicating my need for a psychiatrist who could prescribe specific medications. They quickly matched me with a provider, but it turned out to be a psychologist instead. Realizing this error, I attempted to cancel the appointment but faced difficulties reaching anyone for assistance. Despite my efforts, I received no response and decided to attend the online appointment out of respect for the therapist. Upon arrival, I learned he wasn't expecting me, as he had been informed of the situation. He began discussing my needs, but ultimately, he couldn't provide the help I required. I received a bill for the session, which I felt was unjust, especially since the medications I needed weren't available from their team. My attempts to resolve this through phone and email were met with refusal for a refund, as they stated the therapist needed to be compensated. I believe the responsibility lies with the service, not me. Overall, I would advise others to steer clear of this service.
I paid $95 only to find out that the doctor does not prescribe medication. Having recently moved to Arizona, I am looking for a new doctor to refill my prescriptions that I've relied on for 15 years. It would be helpful if they clearly indicated their medication policies to avoid wasting time and money.
I am very let down by this service. The psychiatrist who prescribed my medication and the customer support have been inadequate. I'm considering switching to another provider. I received a prescription six weeks ago, but due to the doctor's failure to follow up on calls and messages, combined with the lack of office assistance, I cannot recommend this service.
They claim to treat PMDD, yet they haven't been able to connect me with a single provider who understands what it even means. I was informed that someone would reach out soon, but that was more than a week ago. I've contacted them multiple times since, and my messages have gone unanswered. It feels like they are more interested in profit than in helping patients recover.
The scheduling and billing process is extremely frustrating. I was booked for two appointments on the same day, just 30 minutes apart. When I called the day before to reschedule, I was informed that the system "wouldn't allow it" and was directed back to their online portal, where I never received a response. I attempted to call multiple times without reaching an actual person. The next day, I was charged two cancellation fees for appointments I tried hard to resolve. Every reply I received was a generic, automated email referencing policies, lacking any accountability or real support. I'm still disputing the charges and have yet to speak with anyone. Poor customer service and an ineffective, unresponsive system. I would recommend avoiding them.
We are unable to talk to anyone in billing. We have sent several messages about billing errors and they only say they are investigating without resolving anything. After our insurance has already paid all agreed charges, weeks or months later they are changing my credit card for the same amount they've already received from the insurance. My therapist is fantastic and I'm going to miss him. I'm sorry I have to leave due to their fraudulent billing practices.
