A great host! They heard your comments and made adjustments thanks guys. The Host had staffing waiting on my family and stayed in contact the entire time until she put the keys into my hands and walked me through entering the spacious apartment. The host was very responsive and communicated well with me on items that I needed answers to.
I did get lost in the elevator few times (felt like I was in a weird movie), the entrance from the parking garage was difficult to find, and yes, there is construction in the building. However, the minimal cost of parking and the in and out convivence was well worth it. I felt safe in the parking garage and I felt as though my belongs were safe. The occupants of the building were all very friendly and helpful.
I would suggest a Keurig and extra towels to the host.
We had an excellent stay. The place was clean, safe, and very spacious, with all the comforts needed for a relaxing visit. The location was outstanding, about 15 minutes from major museums in Washington, DC, which made getting around easy. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience, and we would happily stay here again on our next visit to the DC area.
I had an amazing time and ended up extending my stay three times during one visit. I will definitely be renting again. The pricing was unbeatable, and every time I extended, the offer was too good to pass up. Thank you for all your assistance!
We had a fantastic experience in a spacious four-bedroom suite with king beds in Chicago, perfect for our large family. The suite was clean, well-equipped, and the virtual support team was very responsive. Additionally, it was conveniently located within walking distance to excellent cafes and grocery stores! We will definitely be back.

We spent Thanksgiving at this condo in Detroit, and the location was perfect for us, just blocks away from family. The kitchen was small, but we managed to prepare a lovely dinner! Communication was outstanding—very prompt and friendly! Just a heads up for future guests: the bathroom is quite tiny, and there isn't much space to hang or store items.
Charming apartment in downtown Detroit, where we enjoyed attending Lions and Red Wings games, exploring Greektown, and visiting coffee shops and fantastic restaurants, all within walking distance. We even watched the Thanksgiving Day parade from our window, just two blocks away. The beds were comfortable, linens were clean, and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The apartment was well-maintained and appealing. However, there were no extra bathroom towels, just one kitchen towel, and no dishwasher detergent. We also ran out of toilet paper, which was quite frustrating. The building was under construction, requiring entry through a service door via a back alley. I would have struggled to find it without the detailed instructions provided, but I have no complaints as the description clearly mentioned the construction and advised against relying on Google Maps. Just a tip for future guests: print out the instructions. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again. The price was fair, and the location was perfect for everything downtown.
I stayed in an apartment in Charlotte, and it was dirty and had a terrible smell. The customer service was lacking. They charged an additional $39 per night for parking but failed to provide instructions on how and where to park. I had to reach out at midnight and wait for a response before I could park. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend it.
The property was beautiful, and the location was ideal. I was able to watch the Veterans Day parade from my window, enjoying a lovely view of the harbor. The stay was perfect, although the parking situation could have been better; it was workable, nonetheless.
Warning to future guests! If there’s a place to avoid, this is it. My stay at a loft in Detroit from 10/6 to 10/9 was a nightmare from the moment I entered the building. The elevator had a double-layer door and was manually operated, and the building itself is old. While the interior units have a modern look, there was a serious issue with sewer smell—a significant health hazard. Additionally, the washer was filled with used towels, and the shower was missing the shower head. The room rate was a total rip-off considering the condition—it’s hard to believe.
