easy and enjoyable experience

A very easy to follow step by step procedure made the entire experience enjoyable, would definitely recommend. The only problem I can see is that on some courses such as the RSA there is a final phone consult you must complete which has wait times of up to one month, which can only be avoided by purchasing the deluxe version for around $100 which is quite irritating and to be honest a bit of a cash grab. Still a very easy system but beware if you need certificates quickly you may end up paying!
