I liked the customer service offered by EOT, Marec is great! Unfortunately, I couldn't share the same experience with the assessor Ivana, she is extremely rude and has no patience for people who speak English as a second language. During the whole live audio assessment, I wasn’t respected and was extremely disappointed. She blamed me for not staying in a quiet place since I stayed in my room ALONE. She said this is a lie role play because I used my laptop? Where did you come to the conclusion, that I didn't even touch my laptop? By the way, I didn't feel Ivana is in her role since she ask questions without any emotions. She is trying to make things difficult since I answered the verbal question correctly. I had a much better experience with the last male assessor for my short audio assessment, he is a polite and great guy. Try to avoid Ivana, you will be good. Oppps, EOT is not the only one that offers RSA courses. Save your time and try to do ur RSA somewhere else.
