This drink is delicious! I honestly can't believe it's good for you too. I was expecting some sort of bitter or tangy flavour due to the cultures but I genuinely can't taste anything other than a sparkling, fruity soft drink. All flavours are delicious and the variety pack is convenient. I've been drinking 1 a day for a few months now. I haven't actually noticed a difference to my digestion though. But my IBS hasn't got any worse. And the drinks are delicious so whether they 'work' or not to improve your digestion, I can't say.
We wanted a kombucha drink without artificial flavours, preservatives or sweeteners that was enjoyable to drink too. We tried Equinox and are delighted with the flavours and choice between bottles which needs to be refrigerated or cans which can be stored at room temperature and chilled when you are ready to drink them. The cans are my preferred choice as I can put a few in the fridge at a time. I highly recommend these and much better for us than regular fizzy drinks.
