Extremely dissatisfied!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought an e-bike that broke after less than two weeks. Despite attempts to contact the company for a replacement under warranty, the promised parts have not arrived after over three months. I'm now seeking a refund through my credit card company, but the seller has kept my money. I strongly advise against purchasing from them!

Part delayed but resolved quickly!

I ordered a part that didn’t arrive on time. After contacting the seller, they asked me to wait a bit longer. When it still didn’t arrive, they informed me that the courier had lost it. However, they promptly sent out a replacement, which arrived in two days.
