I ordered a SIM card from 5ber over two months ago, and it never arrived. I have repeatedly tried to get help from their customer service, but they have ignored my concerns and refused to take responsibility. Instead, they have provided generic, copy-paste responses that offer no real solution.When I pointed out that the tracking stopped updating, they ignored my concerns for weeks. Eventually, when they admitted they couldn’t track the package, they made it my problem—giving me a random phone number to a government agency and telling me to track it myself! They are unreliable, refuse to take responsibility for lost shipments, and completely ignore refund requests. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with! 🚨
Would have given 0 if I could.Faulty sim crashes phone, tried to contact customer service, but turns out one they have your money no service at all, 15+ emails to suport at 5ber.com and no reply at all.Do not i repeat do not buy from this useless company. You will get ripped off
Terrible experience! For start, I inserted it in my S24 Ultra and for the whole time the 5ber SIM card was in the phone, it was showing that the phone needs to update the eSIM cards. After I activated an eSIM from Global Yo on the 5ber adapter, it connected, but all the time it shows it's connected, but without internet connection :/I tried other providers, it didn't seem to work. I switched the 5ber card to my Redmi Note 10 Pro where the problems got solved, but new ones appeared. The sim card internet was working, but.. while the card is inserted, it turns off every 30-45 seconds and even blocks out the phone from scanning and connecting with wifi. I'm not sure why. The support said they will review it soon, but for now I don't think this eSIM card "adapter" is something you should rely on especially if you don't have any other connection options while abroad.
Not all esim will work with 5ber. I asked for their support to troubleshoot and all they can say is :"Please contact the eSIM supplier to check why you are not able to use the eSIM after downloadingYesYou need to contact the eSIM supplier as it is eSIM issue not 5ber card issue"I contacted the supplied and they also claimed nothing is wrong with their esim and that my phone is not compatible. It is not compatible which is why i bought 5ber. You can tell by the tone that the rep does not want to help.
Broke my phone! I tried this in a Samsung A53 and it has made my phone unusable. It will no longer recognise any Sim card including my contract sim. Needs a factory reset which is not great on the first day of my holiday in India. Do not try this it is a waste of money and could end up costing me a new phone if the factory reset does not work. 😤😡
There is a known bug with Samsung OneUi6.1 which will disable the phone IMEI and SIM slots. The only way out of this is factory reset the phone.5ber acknowledged this compatibility issue with OneUI6.1 and advised not to disable SIM slots from Android.Unless 5ber works with Samsung to fix this, I am not going to risk this while travelling.

The installation was completed within 5 minutes, the app was installed quickly and runs stably; an upgrade took place after inserting the SIM; my Vodafone mobile phone number was recognized and integrated without any problems and was reliably available after briefly inserting and removing the My conclusion: if you want to retrofit eSIM functions, 5ber has the most convincing offer on the market! An absolute and unreserved recommendation to buy. Tip: check compatibility on the manufacturer's website in advance!
