Review Time
I purchased an eyeliner from this source, and the quality is shockingly poor and confusingly inconsistent. While I can draw straight lines on my hand, it fails to deliver any pigment on my eyes. I've tried various methods to rule out user error, but it remains low in pigment and dry, leaving crumbs on my face when I attempt to apply it. When it does work, it has potential, but the claimed shelf life of 24 months is misleading, as it dries out long before that and becomes unusable.
