Their website is useless and their customer service give zero help. Doesn't help that they're cutting costs with Indian call centres while they know their service is incredibly unreliable. I finally gave up on them after being charged an arm and a leg for sub par internet when it's at it's peak

We had Voneus installed just 2 days ago and already the difference in performance compared to our previous broadband is incredible. Very stable and reliable high speeds and absolutely no problems so far.

After agreeing to go ahead with the installation it took only 2 days for the engineers to arrive for fitting the broadband and only 1 hour to have it up and running, these guys are really on the ball you cannot fault it the service is amazing.

I would also like to give praise to Alfie who spoke to us originally about Voneus and what they have to offer, it couldn’t have been explained any better. He told us everything we needed to know, was really helpful with answering any questions and overall a very polite, nice person to talk to. He also paid a visit earlier today to make sure everything was okay and we were happy with the broadband. Great guy, great customer service. :)

Would highly recommend Voenus especially for people living in remote areas like us who struggle to get access to full fibre optic broadband.

The company quickly identified the challenges I faced with connecting my TV to the new broadband, and the technician was able to resolve it over the phone in just 20 minutes. Exceptional support service!

Extremely Disappointed with the Service

Extremely disappointing experience. I purchased the 900mb "old school" package for my kitchen and signed up immediately. A third party was assigned to install the service but claimed they couldn't access the telegraph pole, which raises questions about why this wasn't verified prior to the sale. That was five weeks ago, and I have yet to receive any updates from the company. My multiple emails to account managers, sales representatives, and the complaints team have gone unanswered. Sadly, this operation seems very incompetent. I would recommend considering other providers that prioritize customer service and follow through on their commitments.

Internet speed is decent, much better than my previous provider

The internet speed has been decent, not exceptional, but certainly an improvement over my previous provider. Living in a valley has always made it challenging to get a strong connection. Recently, I faced a frustrating experience with customer service, marked by poor communication through email and being disconnected while on hold. However, today was a pleasant turnaround, as I received excellent assistance from a representative who efficiently resolved my issues in about 10 minutes. Finding someone capable was not straightforward, but overall, I am satisfied with today's interaction. It's advisable to reach out to the sales team for any issues you might encounter.

I reached out with my issue early in the morning and by 11:00 am, I received a phone call from the support team. I spoke with a representative who was very friendly and helpful, providing me with clear instructions on how to handle my router after resolving the problem. Everything was taken care of in just 15 minutes. Outstanding customer service.
