Review Time
I purchased an item in person at a convention in October from retailer. Upon unpacking the item later on, the item was damaged with parts missing. The box was sealed, but the damaged item was not in side of the box. Meaning that I could not repair the damage myself. After contacting customer support I have been waiting 5 MONTHS for the issue to be resolved. For the first few weeks the customer service was great, offering a quick resolution and being quite accommodating. After offering me a refund for the item, complete radio silence. Nearly 4 months have passed since I was offered a refund. After sending several follow up emails I have yet to have been responded to. I would avoid this retailer at all costs. It's been an overall upsetting and stressful experience when all I tried to do was buy a nice gift for my daughter and instead was met by an extremely neglectful customer service.
Easy to purchase and fast processing. Had no issues with customer service.Delivery was downright awful, when the product arrived, the outside box was awfully damaged. Somehow the product inside wasn't damaged at all, but I am pretty sure the chance of products getting damaged with the chosen UPS delivery service is very high.
The delivery took a little longer than expected but it was worth it for the very good price they sold the figure I bought for. The only issue I had was that the figure came with quite a long scratch across its torso but I’m not sure how much that has to do with the company itself or just to do with their suppliers. Overall I am still very happy with my order.
