How about not having my car for a year, 7 months of that time it has been in your hands. Family of 7 here and luckily had the means to get another loan for another car, but still paying for a car that’s in your hands. Still dealing with crappy communication. The accident wasn’t our fault (teen driver was cited for distracted driving and had admitted it right away). Customer service is an absolute joke and there is no communication between departments or customers and you, as the customer, have to hand walk them through talking with each other. 🙄 it’s absolutely insane. NEVER RECOMMEND Esurance.
