Absolutely disgusted by these people

Absolutely disgusted by these people. They lure you in with a cheap transfer of a file. Paid that.Then hit with a £49.90 payment the next day for subscription that I never agreed to. Thankfully it was through my paypal account. Got it all sorted in the end.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! SCAM WARNING!!If I could score this company zero I would.My husband used this service to convert one page for £0.10 and 24 hours later has been hit with a charge of £49.90.We have complained to the company, PayPal and blocked the account with our bank but may still lose the £49.90 as PayPal have said it’s a legal transaction! We do intend to appeal.How can this transaction be legal when they are hoodwinking people into a subscription that they have no idea they’re signing up to.I wish we’d read these reviews before using but hindsight’s a wonderful thing 🤦‍♀️So PLEASE, don’t be stupid like us and steer clear.

scam and rip off with hidden and intransparent terms & conditionsbeen lured into their trap with a 0,1€ text picture whcih I authorized to pay via paypal and 24h later I got charged 49,9€ for a pro plan as apparently I have used my free trial period and therefore automatically signd up for the pro plan, whcih I did not conciously do nor did I need any pro planmy advice:stay away from them and purvchase your service elsewhere

Massive con!!

Massive con!!! Do not go near!They say they are going to bill you 10p but then charge you another £49.90!!! They supposedly changed the pixels on a photo that didn’t work anyway as the photo company didn’t like or want what stool produced. I completely got ripped off £50 for nothing. I just feel sick that I got conned by this rip off company.

Image downsize site a scam

Used the website to reduce an image size. They said it would cost .10 cents. Then the next day I got charged for a $50 a month subscription. I think it's a scam because they won't respond to me for a refund.
