Absolutely Disgraceful Experience – Avoid Etool AI at All Costs

I deeply regret ever signing up for Etool AI. After canceling my subscription in June, I continued to be charged month after month—despite their own platform clearly stating “Once canceled, we will no longer charge you.” That promise was a lie.I contacted their support multiple times, submitted every document they asked for—including my registered email, payment method, and screenshots—and received nothing but automated, copy-paste responses. No acknowledgment, no resolution, and certainly no refund.Even worse, they kept spamming me with the same message asking for the same information I had already provided. It’s infuriating how easy it was for them to deduct money from my e-wallet, yet they’ve made the refund process deliberately slow and evasive.I’ve now deleted my account entirely, and I’m still waiting for my money back. Their customer service is nonexistent, their policies are misleading, and their handling of user concerns is downright disrespectful.Do not trust this platform. If you value transparency, accountability, and basic customer support, look elsewhere.
