Love

I have been using spotlight oral care for years. Most recently the whitening strips, toothpaste, mouthwash and the whitening powder. I actually bought myself the new whitening range last week. I couldn’t recommend this company more! Beautiful, white teeth. I feel so fresh and have made the biggest difference in my confidence. I will never stray!

Poor Customer Service - Lost Order

I rate the spotlight oral care toothbrush. It’s not cheap, nor is it over priced but overall has a good level of quality to it. This latest order was for replacement heads. Ordered made and shipping is now linked to Amazon. I don't have an Amazon account. The product hasn't arrived. The shipping tracking is all over the place and invites me to log into a different named persons Amazon account to view the details! Some data misuse going on here. After a week I emailed Spotlight, no reply! So I found a contact number and rang them and after several attempts I got through speaking to Orna. She was apologetic said she'd look into it and ring me back the same day to confirm what was happening. What happened? She didn't call back, nor did she email. 9 days later still no delivery. Next steps is disputing this on my credit card followed by researching a new toothbrush from a different provider. Desperately bad, things go missing but when you get the chance to recover it and put it right don't operate as badly as this! Update The order turned up on the 10th day from ordering. The box was badly crushed given it was wrapped in what looked like a black bin bag. The brush heads look ok. I’ve moved the score up as it arrived albeit very late, in poor condition and having chased it.

Great company

Great company, charger missing I really can’t find it . Contacted spotlight by email . The response was “of course we will send you one just you need to pay for delivery's”. What other company would do this ? Customer care is just outstanding a lot of other companies should take note .

Long-Time Spotlight User

I started using Spotlight products around 2020; I had started on their bamboo toothbrushes and then been gifted the sonic toothbrush (which as strange as it sounds has been one of my favourite gifts ever). What really attracted me to them was their focus on sustainability, and also being an Irish brand. Since then, I converted all of my teethcare to their products and I have noticed a huge difference in my teeth. I mainly use the sonic toothbrush, dental floss for decay, decay mouthwash and total care toothpaste (so nothing too advanced in my routine), but their products have kept my teeth super clean and even looking well. I haven't had any issues with my teeth since starting to use these products and even on my annual cleaning with my dentist, they always comment about the healthy condition my teeth are in. I feel like the Spotlight products have been such a big contributing factor, as the use of their products makes me enjoy looking after my teeth and has visible results for me. I couldn't recommend them more - all of my family are now using their products and enjoying them just as much. I recently had an issue with a toothbrush I bought as a gift for a family member, and once I emailed Spotlight, they responded to me in a matter of minutes and I felt listened to and they totally understood my issue and helped me to find the solution. It is the best customer care experience I have ever had and I can see from other reviews here that other customers have had similar experiences as me. Ornaith and Aoibhe are the two lovely people who helped me out so a special thank you to them!

Excellent service

After years of using oral b I decided to try spotlight toothbrush. I absolutely love it. Unfortunately after two months if using it it started making a loud noise. I emailed spotlight and got a response within an hour. A lady called Fiona dealt with it super quick and is sending me a replacement . Of course defaults happen and i don't blame spotlight at all. I'm very impressed with how quick they resolved the issue
