Review Time
I ordered a Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush for my son in October 2024. Unfortunately there seemed to be an issue with the charger in July 2025. I emailed the company on the 16th of July. I received an immediate response acknowledging the issue and offering to replace it asap. We received a new toothbrush only two days later. This is an amazing example of customer service from Suzanne and the team. We love the products and have had no issues apart from this. Now, knowing how supportive their customer service is, I won't hesitate to buy more products from this company. Thank you again.
Bought this after reading a Telegraph review and wish I hadn’t. I’m on a replacement brush after the first one had to be charged every three days or so. The replacement is appalling. The speed is variable with an incredibly slow start which either speeds up or continues at a snail’s pace. If you’re looking for a toothbrush that is up to the job of cleaning teeth, look elsewhere because this isn’t in the least bit up to it.
I came across Spotlight Oral Care when shopping for a new toothbrush. It came up as one of the top products on various lists so I purchased one.I was really pleased with the functionality and overall design of the one I bought but fairly quickly I noticed that the battery life was pretty bad and after charging it for around 8 hours the battery would only last a few days before abruptly not turning on. I felt disappointed and frustrated as this wasn't a cheap purchase. Anyway, long story short I reached out to their customer support and explained the situation, sent a photo and a video of it and I was sent a replacement straight away. I'm not sure if I have an older model as the one I was sent seems slightly updated. So people saying the customer support is bad. I disagree. Just make sure you purchase directly from the company I'd say. Let's just hope this battery is better!
Water flosser developed a fault soon after it was received. Found customer service agent exceptionally easy to deal with via email. They asked for evidence of the fault, and a replacement product was delivered to me in 3 working days. Efficient and fair customer service. Other companies take note!
I bought the sonic pro toothbrush and love it. The wrong heads for the toothbrush were sent out. Mistakes happen. I contacted customer service and after back and forth, I have to pay for the toothbrush heads to be sent back. Really bad customer service. I won’t be buying off them when this toothbrush gives up.
Our toothbrush broke (on/off button fell off). After nearly a month of back and forth with their 'support', they initially said they'd send out a replacement. They then completely cancelled this because it wasn't purchased directly from them (Lookfantastic). They said we'd have to go them to resolve it instead. It shouldn't matter where you purchased the product, it is faulty and they should have sorted this. Will go elsewhere for a new one.
