Unfortunately my experience with RTV EURO AGD has been very disappointing.
Problem 1 – DJI Power 1000 V2 power station
I purchased a DJI Power 1000 V2 power station which turned out to be defective. The defect was reported within 14 days of purchase, however the store refused to accept a return and instead took the device only for technical inspection.
Problem 2 – Roborock Saros 10R vacuum cleaner – extremely long repair
I submitted my Roborock Saros 10R vacuum cleaner for warranty repair. The entire repair process lasted 83 days, which is extremely long for a household appliance. During this period I contacted the store multiple times asking about the status of the repair and received very unclear responses.
Problem 3 – damaged product returned after repair
When I finally collected the vacuum cleaner, after unpacking it at home I discovered that the device was heavily damaged and missing one of the components (water tank). The housing is scratched and cracked, making the device unusable.
What makes the situation even more concerning is that the service document clearly stated that the device had no mechanical damage when it was accepted for repair.
At the moment I have multiple unresolved issues with this retailer and hope the situation will finally be addressed properly.

I bought a Lenovo Yoga Slim 6 14IAP8 laptop at RTV Euro AGD.After a short period of use, problems with the keyboard appeared – the device was sent to the service center under warranty.After the repair (on 25.08.2025), when collecting the laptop, I noticed a deep scratch on the cover that had not been there before.I refused to accept the device in such condition, but the store/service did not propose a satisfactory solution.The case has been reported to the Municipal Consumer Ombudsman in Warsaw.I do not recommend this store, as the complaint process was handled unprofessionally and my consumer rights were violated.
Purchased a washing machine and wanted to return it, spent about 8 hours of calling with their customer service and getting told different answers by 5 people if this possible or not. If euro would like to contact me to resolve this it would be welcomed
