Shocking service!We have cancelled all work with Europa freight with immediate effectShipped a large 400kg pallet to Denmark, their subcontractor smashed the steel and bent solid steel (I can only assume using a forklift)Despite the customer signing for goods as damaged they refused to return the items and offered a pathetic refund amount leaving our company and our customer high and dry!They are cheap for a reason, the service is poorTake your business elsewhere
