I ordered last Saturday for the first time and it arrived yesterday. Unfortunately it was the wrong item sent. I thought I had been ripped off, and I had already submitted a second order. I needn't have worried. They refunded me for the first item, and sent the original item in with my second order. These guys are the real deal.
