If I could give Ever Care more stars I would. I have never experienced customer service like this. This was my 1st order with them and I just can't say enough of how good they are. I placed an order on Friday and I received my order the next day. Prices are very good compared to other sites that I have looked at. Keep up the great customer service!
This was first order with this company and obviously was little wary as scams aplenty in this sector as we all know but v pleased to report I have experienced an absolutely excellent and easy process. They have exemplary customer service at all stages, are very responsive and this esp reassuring as first timer. Ordered and paid at 3.10pm fri and recieved item next morning before 10am. The product is quite obviously genuine and am so happily surprised at just how seamless, communicative and fast they are. I don't tend to leave reviews often so means I really really really had good experience with Ever care!My only slight Issue are shipping costs in comparison to usual company, esp sat, but still few quid cheaper if only buying 1 item (my usual company has no shipping fees and is 24 hr tracked uisually arrives next day but not guarenteed). I do however appreciate that theres a balance with their high levels of customer care and guaranteed next day delivery which is important. I definately recommend 100%, and intend on making larger orders myself.
I cannot recommend this service enough, having being let down by previous vendors I was little hesitant to place an order. However, Ever Care have exceeded my expectations, my order arrived the following day, excellent communication from the team and the meds were genuine. The team kept me updated every step of the way and included photographs of proof of postage. I can't thank them enough for this incredible service and will be ordering again.
