I ordered at 15:20 on Wednesday afternoon, and honestly, I wasn’t expecting much to happen right away. But about five minutes later, I got a WhatsApp message with a payment link. I’ll admit, I was a bit hesitant because there are so many scams these days, but they kept in touch the whole time and really put me at ease. They even sent a photo of the package and the tracking info, which was a nice touch.The biggest surprise? It arrived the very next day! I wasn’t home, so I missed the delivery, but I went to collect it and everything was in its original packaging and exactly as it should be.Overall, I’m genuinely impressed. Fast service, great communication, and everything went smoothly. Would definitely use them again
This was my first time ordering from this company, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I placed my order in the afternoon and received it the next day before 1pm! Tracking updates were clear, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout. I’m really impressed and will definitely be using this company again.
Where do I begin! If I could give a 100 🌟 I would, I was very skeptical about buy from this company as I had perversely just lost £250 to a scam site two days before I ordered from ever care meds, they sent me photos of my order just before it got shipped and it being shipped, I had a tracking number by 6:30 that evening, I put it into the tracking website and it was genuine, when it was delivered I was over the moon to actually get what I ordered, I can’t praise this company enough! There customer service is 2nd to none…. Thank you ever care meds 😊
I have to say what a excellent company the service is amazing the prices are very good and the speed you get your delivery is so fast very happy will be using again and would recommend to other people to use i dont think you will get a better service anywhere else so thanks
This company was recommended to me recently & I’d never heard of them before.But I finally took the plunge and contacted them to ask a few questions prior to ordering. I can honestly say that from the very outset I have been blown away not only by their customer service, but their kindness, their empathy & the humility that they had shown to me was amazing.I think it’s always difficult when making new orders because scamming is so common now but I can happily say that I am blown away by the level of care I received.They reassured me they answered my questions and that gave me the confidence to order.No sooner had I ordered regular updates then followed just as they promised. so I never had the chance to be concerned.I received my tracking details as they had promised and sure enough my order arrived. In pristine condition with no problems at all.I know it’s hard to believe sometimes the things we read and ultimately it’s left down to you if you do. But my advice to you is I’d much rather take a chance on a company that has good communication and good reviews than a company that hardly communicates at all.If you are concerned in two minds then please just contact them & see for yourself.I never write reviews but the kindness & reassurance received here made me want to share as I understand how awful it can be waiting for orders that are really important to you and often you hear of people left without or they have been scammed out of their money and it makes it a very long wait then for you. All that anxiety and worry is taken away here so try it & see for yourself, trust me best thing I did. 👍
Whilst the stock i.was after was out of stock, then the alternative still a very good review. Alternative available came quickly and as described, good communication. Be higher if all items were in stock but would use again easily. Recommended.
The communication was really great, I was told what was happening at every step. The delivery came the next day and the tracking number was given. I’ll definitely be ordering again. I was scammed by another company so I was worried but everything went really well.
