This is a total scam! I ordered a wig in January and have yet to receive any tracking information. They've stopped responding to my emails, and I have no means of recovering my money or filing a formal complaint since they seem to be non-existent. Their social media controls comments to prevent criticism of their poor practices.
This company is fraudulent! My bank refused to refund me, sending me a notice claiming my product would arrive later. They did this so that the shipping service would show it as delivered, which it never was! They don't allow reviews on Google, and I've reported them. It's shocking they continue to operate and take people's money. Someone needs to shut them down.
Everglow Hair company is a scam. If I could give them a -10, I would say they are not a legitimate company. Let everyone you know not to purchase from this company. They will take your money. I’m in the process of filing a lawsuit against them for their illegal practices. Part of their scam is, they will send you messages stating that your package is on the way, but you will never receive a package. They will even have a fake tracking number and all that comes is a small bag with a piece of cardboard in it. Please do not purchase from this company, you will get scammed.
Everglow is a scam. They say they have posted your item, sometimes they even give you a tracking number. However, when you try to track using the number it never works or it states that the item has been delivered, which it has not. I bought a wig for £82. I paid directly with my debit card online . A month later they told me the wig was lost in the post and they were sending another one. Two months later I still had not received what I had paid for. I raised a dispute through my bank and my bank refunded me the money I had paid in full within 10 days (they literally put the money back into my account two days ago). I am not sure what checks my bank carried out but they had no hesitation in refunding my money. I suspect that a very brief search and a couple of unanswered emails would have shown them that Everglow is at best untrustworthy at worst a scam. I wish I could find a way to let people know when they come across their advert online on Instagram on Facebook or wherever, that they should not trust it and that they should never order from this company.
I can’t give this wig company a zero because they don’t provide you with a zero. I ordered a wig four weeks ago and still have not received my wig. This website is a scam. They stole my money . Please do not order from this website and they will not respond to your email EverGlow is a scam
I ordered a wig from this company and never received it. I disputed the charges with Paypal, but they sided in Everglow’s favor because of a tracking number that said the package was delivered, but I never received it. I then contacted BBB and they said they couldn’t locate the fake address. I will continue to pursuit this scam through Paypal I will not give up! THIS COMPANY IS SCAM. Do Not Order From them!!! Update: I did not give up as previously stated. I received a refund from Paypal.
As many others are saying, they're scamming. I have received three separate envelopes (envelopes, not packages) containing slips of paper that they've used to claim they delivered product to dispute my chargeback. They've not responded to any emails at all. Thankfully I kept the envelopes and can prove they did not send any product to my credit card company. Don't order from them.
I ordered 2 wigs and never received them. I called and emailed. They assured me via email that I would receive my order however after numerous emails NOTHING WORKED!!!I never received the hair or my money back!This has never happened to me. This company is a SCAM OPERATION!!!
I ordered a unit in March for my birthday, and it has been over a month since I placed the order, and I have not received it. I emailed them at least 3 times, and they sent me a letter saying that it was on its way. I still don't have my unit. I am so disappointed because all the pictures on IG were on point. I know they don't charge for shipping, as they claim to use USPS. But I would have paid for the shipping if that were the case. It's got to be a way that these people can be held accountable for the damage they have done to my wallet!
