Ive had a issue on deliveries. I always sent customer support a note to straighten outv my schedule. This time I scrolled down to the end od the site and called the number. Who knew? Anna was totally attentive and understanding. And she said she could fix the problem. Change dates. Tighten the timelines. And she did in like 1 minute! Love this company!
I started drinking to get to sleep I found them on Facebook and figured cant hurt the sleep aid worked great and when i contacted them they emailed me back very quickly. They dont sell you stuff they communicate with their customers. THANKS EVERLIFE. PS Yes i stopped drinking lol
Yesterday I placed my first order with Everlife for sublingual Semorelin Tablets. As soon as the order confirmed, I noticed the dosage was wrong. I call Customer Service and was told that since the order was still awaiting Doctor approval, they could only request the change at that time. Later that evening, when the order was approved, I noticed the dosage was still wrong. I called Customer Service and spoke with Anna. After a little investigative work, Anna was able to cancel the order and resubmitted it with the correct dosage which again required Doctor approval. The next day, a supervisor called to offer apologies and to confirm the correct order had been approved by the Doctor and was being processed. Later that day, Anna reached out again to confirm the order had been corrected and was being shipped, offered her apologies, again, and gave me a discount on a future new product order. Needless to say, I was incredibly pleased with the service I received. A first order error that could have left a bad impression was resolved quickly, with apologies and the offer of a future discount. I've ordered supplements from many companies over the years, but Anna and the Everlife Customer Support team are heads and shoulders above the rest. I highly recommend this company and its products. The initial screening process was very simple and the web layout is user friendly. I contacted customer support and had the best experience. Friendly, polite, helpful and prompt. I don’t feel as though many companies have top notch customer service these days. Hats off to “Mae” for all of the assistance. If the product is as good as the help I received, I won’t be disappointed. Thanks for a very pleasant experience.
The customer service at Everlife is top notch. I recently returned to Everlife after switching providers for what I thought was a better price. I switched back because of the CS . Responsive, helpful, and courteous. A minimal amount more in cost, but a massive amount of my time and headaches saved. Love this company!
