I must have about 10 pairs of compression socks bought from different companies and can’t believe I have finally found a pair that are easy to put on and don’t leave deep indentations on my legs upon removal! Have just ordered more from Eversock, thank you.
My experience with the company is they have excellent customer service. The product I bought were the toeless socks XL in black, I previously bought a pair in white. Highly recommend the comfort and quality they brought in my legs. I've bought other brands but this brand has been by far the best. I suffer from virus veins plus being on my feet all day working in a baker's these socks you wouldn't know I was wearing them on. Wash so easy and keep there shape.
I sent message to them re socks and they were so helpful. Love these socks, recently had an operation so use them to look after my legs while I recover. Really pleased and will probably buy another pair.They are very comfortable and loads of colour choices.Thank you.
If I could give a zero i would. I ordered socks and waited over 3 weeks for them to arrive. When they did, the company they use for delivery didn't leave thr package anywhere near my door. When I finally found it, I expressed my unhappiness with their delivery, and also advised them that the socks did not fit. I was offered with a refund or an "attempt to make it right" as they claimed they had had an "issue" with sizing. Despite my reservations, they said they would send the socks by priority and if they were not better, then they would reimburse the charges. "Priority" delivery was still over a week. Their tracking partner system is very poor. It gave me a two-day window for delivery (because everyone has 2 full days to wait at home for a delivery).As before, the delivery company was incompetent. Despite my previous complaint, it obviously made no difference. The delivery person threw the package onto the porch, took a photo and left without even attempting to ring the doorbell or knock on the door. I did not receive notification that there had been a delivery for several hours.In between those hours, my package was stolen.When advised if this situation, their "excellent" customer service disappeared, sent me the photos from the delivery company, and effectively said "sucks to he you, we will not refund you".Let me summarize:1) I did not choose the delivery company and their shoddy work2) I previously advised the company that their choice of company was shit3) eversock's choice of tracking system is a joke - nothing like Amazon where you can at least keep an eye on the tracker and get to your delivery if the company doing the delivery has crapot workers. But, despite their poor business decisions, I am held responsible for their failure to provide me with an order that I am content with. I will NEVER use this company. They are terrible.
Here I am still waiting for my order to be delivered 2 weeks after the order was placed. I really regret not heeding the warnings on Trustpilot reviews about the length of time it takes to deliver these socks. It states on the website: delivery 5-7 days! I just wish I had ordered from Amazon instead. I have tracked the order and it only left "the international airport" yesterday - obviously not in the UK. I'm not at all happy with this delay and am now concerned as to the quality and fitting of these socks if they ever arrive.
