Review Time
I bought a blue Nano a year ago and have absolutely loved it. It’s perfect for my tiny kitchen counter. It’s easy to carry along for the day especially now that Outin has all the new carry cases and the Messenger bag designed specifically to carry everything you need in one place. I was so happy with the Nano that I also just purchased a Mino, a Fino grinder, a LattoGo and some accessories. The Mino is considerably quieter than the Nano which is a plus and I didn’t find the Nano loud. I do wish the double shot canister was available for the Mino right out the gate, but I understand it will most likely be available in the future. I also hear the Mino is waterproof and although I won’t test this feature it is an extra comfort for carrying it along to all the places I go. There scale is smaller than most kitchen scales you can find and is incredibly accurate. The cases I have are extremely well made and provide great protection from the hustle and bustle of city life. I have not needed to use the warranty but I’ve enquired about a few things via support email and received timely responses and great customer service. All around I am well pleased with every product I have used. I look forward to a long relationship with this company as a customer. Thank you Outin!
At the moment, this coffee grinder and coffee maker model is the best and most user-friendly. I used to drip coffee, and after getting this machine, I feel it was worth the purchase and it makes my life much easier and I enjoy drinking coffee as if I had an espresso machine at home.
I am impressed! Not just for the product and how good and easy to use but also the super fast delivery knowing that I live in Saudi and I got the product in just few days. Speaking of the product itself, it’s high quality easy to use and it’s just super perfect for outside use in general plus at the office. OUTIN EVERYWHERE ANYWHERE !!
Your product is truly appreciated, did a great job packaging & instruction pamphlets plus the dope stickers, thanks. Elle Cafe where I bought the coffee capsules total nightmare. Placed one order 2 counts of assorted coffee flavors and received half the order. On top of that they doubled up on the French Roast and left out the Dark Roast completely. Extremely dissatisfied with their services. This is a time sensitive matter being im fixing to hit the road to work a seasonal job in freezing 🥶 cold temperatures (snowboard Instructing) and hot beverages are a MUST to arise from the depths of the bed lol. Wish you guys just offered a combo package so I could have avoided all this but all good. Gotta learn how not to deal with businesses one way or another.
