I placed three orders and only received two. I’m from a different country, and one of my orders worth $400 was mistakenly shipped elsewhere, resulting in a lost shipment. When I reached out to customer service, they kept directing me to contact the shipping service or promised updates that never came. What was supposed to be a few days turned into five months! Do not buy from this site if you care about your money.
Do not trust this service or waste your money. I ordered and received a repackaged bottle that was leaking upon opening. Terrible shipping experience, almost a scam. I waited two weeks without any information after placing my order, and my emails went ignored for another week. I was then randomly informed that one item was out of stock. They issued only a partial refund. Is this the so-called "Angel's share"? At least they managed to ship three weeks later, and I received the remaining products, but I will never use this service again.
