I would prefer to give negative rating . They keep sending wrong bills and 15 or more emails over 2 weeks to settle the confusion created by them . May be it’s the trick to double charge . Need to fill a form which asks too many details and I don’t expect these fake invoices
I have been waiting 4 months for an installation, abysmal customer communication. Stalling, and no interest to solve the issue despite questions. They need to revisit their customer journey as this is by design faulty. Issues still not solved and my time been wasted is still ongoing...
