Absolute scum of a company. It’s 1 big scam you use there car parks you pay and still get a fine . £100 for not paying when I’ve proven I’ve paid. They won’t get 1 penny out of me that’s a promise.

Parked in a bankpark site in Mansfield . I received a parking charge for £60 for non payment . Luckily I kept the ticket in the car and sent this as evidence when I appealed. A few weeks later they emailed to say they dropped the charge no apology. If I didn't have the ticket they would have charged me £60 . Just a scam really

Received a misleading letter claiming it's my second notice

I received a letter suggesting this is my second notice, which is false. I've attempted to reach out to the support team, but it has been impossible. I visited the parking area to have a tire fitted on a car with a puncture, so I never actually parked. It seems that others might be getting scammed as the initial notice letter is being removed, preventing any chance to appeal. I plan to let this process unfold and may consider legal action, as well as seeking media attention.

Zero stars would be more fitting.

If zero stars were an option, I would choose that. The treatment of customers is appalling. It's impossible to reach anyone, and after not receiving a response to my appeal, my case was handed over to a debt collector with the penalty tripled. I've tried repeatedly to communicate with someone, but I'm ignored. This situation feels illegal! My £1 parking fine has ballooned to £170 simply because the auto-pay service failed without warning. Avoid this service at all costs; it's utterly cruel.

Received an unjust fine.

I received a fine from a parking service at a gym despite having used their tablet to enter my vehicle details. The gym was unhelpful and didn’t respond to my emails, leading to the fine escalating to nearly £200. I had to pay to avoid court action. The experience has been terrible. The appeal notification arrived on the last possible day, making it pointless to seek assistance. I strongly advise avoiding this company as they act like bullies.

Extremely unhelpful.

This company is among the worst I've encountered. I've been trying to call for nearly a week without any response regarding parking permits or information at a location they manage. I've also sent emails without success. It's unclear who manages this, and I doubt I’ll find anyone to talk to.

I wish I could give zero stars.

I truly wish I could give zero stars. I parked in a lot during a terrible night of rain and fog. The touchscreen payment machine was malfunctioning due to water, but somehow I managed to pay for an hour. I was about 10 minutes late getting my car out due to circumstances and received a parking ticket. I appealed, explaining my situation and including a photo of the faulty device, but they dismissed my appeal without addressing the touchscreen issue. There’s no customer service number, and my emails to their support are ignored. The parking area was in awful condition, muddy and dirty. I strongly advise against parking here during bad weather unless you want to ruin your car's interior. They only seem to care about collecting money. It's better to find a different place to park.

Beware of unfair fines.

Users of the car park on Hilton Road should be cautious; you will be fined for exceeding the allotted time. Ignore what hospital staff tell you about not being fined if your treatment runs over; it's misleading. We received a £60 fine, and I suspect others facing similar situations will also be misled. Be cautious unless you are okay with being penalized!
