Overall a good, easy experience - fast turnaround!

Overall, the site is well-designed and easily followed. The only dissatisfaction is the price: it's shown as 16 GBP, but adds a huge processing fee at the end. Mine ended up being 93USD. Big difference from the beginning. Also would help to know at the beginning to know about uploading picture and passport page. I will recommend to my clients now that I can tell them EXACTLY what to expect. I do appreciate the fast processing!

Too expensive

After going through the entire procedure, it turned out that we had to pay €78 per person. In hindsight, this was ridiculously expensive, and there are other sites that offer the same thing for much less.
