Company has left us chasing a claim since January 2023. My 82 year old mother who is disabled and has dementia has been without a bathroom since then, despite near on 50 chasers on this, they say they don’t have things then they do then they don’t, then you resubmit and wait and wait and no-one calls back. AVOID IF YOU EVER WANT TO GET A PAYOUT WHEN THINGS GO WRONG
I’m a relatively new customer of Evolution after comparing the market for best deals on house insurance. Recently i’ve had water escape from a hot water pipe in the bathroom causing damage to the kitchen ceiling which actually collapsed. The stress was unreal as you can imagine. One call to Evolution and the had things moving immediately. Meg who dealt with my claim was amazing with me. I’m a single mum and my daughter has epilepsy and having furniture moved all over the house was a risk incase she had a fit and injured herself. Once Meg knew about this she requested a priority visit from a surveyor to have repairs done asap and my claim was settled as soon as she received the surveyor report. I’m extremely happy and have my house all repaired and back to normal in time for Christmas. Fantastic cover and support. Highly recommended.
I’m Still in the middle of processing a claim 4 months on. I find it almost impossible to make contact with Evolution. I write this message as I have been on hold for 2 and half hours. I have left a number of emails, without reply and I spend hours on hold having to give up and try another day. I have managed to make contact with them twice in this time, both times I have to repeat information. I seek a response and a resolution to this case.
