I’ve never had a reason to contact my home insurance before and was apprehensive when I needed to call Evolution. I needn’t have worried at all, Meg was extremely empathic, assertive with her resolution and supportive throughout. Meg was quick to respond and her customer service is of the highest standard. I would strongly recommend Evolution to insure your home and contents.
Fantastic team of people descended upon my home,changed and fixed everything that was listed by Shaun the assessor.They were professional,friendly and nothing was too much trouble.The plasterer who took the old ceiling down and replaced it and plastered it deserves a medal to do all that in one day.The decorator was second to none,outstanding work and professional finish to both rooms.Going above and beyond.I was amazed by the whole team.They worked like trojans.Thankyou so so much for putting the rooms back together after the leak from en suite.
Appalling service. Relatively minor water leak took 7 months to be repaired. Intransigence of Evolution resulted in unnecessary 4 months delay before work started. The company even fails to answer emails. As the damage has finally been repaired, Evolution has now closed the file, despite the fact I have not been reimbursed for the cost of paint etc. which I purchased 6 months ago and which the bulding firm appointed by Evolution have used to complete repairs.
Poor company to deal with, they have ignored requests for a data subject access request, the complaints procedure and managers fail to call back the right number.Emails are read and usually not replied to and when they do they tend to ask for something that has been provided before.
