I was a bit worried making my first ever insurance claim aged 52, as you always hear stories of how hard the insurers make it and how unreasonable they are. However, I was surprised and very pleased with how Evolution dealt with the claim. They were really responsive and helpful and guided me through the process and everything was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Very happy customer.
on with a claim evolution sent me a email with the wrong telephone number when i got the correct phone number tried 3 times on the phone for 15 minuets when they answered the phone it was very negative still not sorted
Quickest claims service I have ever received!!My claims handler Charlotte Dovey, was amazing, she understood the urgency to get the claim resolved quickly, great communication and chased all parties when required. From notification to settlement was just over a week, honestly couldn't have asked for any better service.
Absolutely as useful as a chocolate teapot. Have been dealing with my claim given them to Ageas in December 2022. So far, we still don't know the scope of work, you can't get hold of them, no plan, they just say that they have passed it onto another sub contractor and can't help when they are supposed to be managing the whole process! My daughter and I have basically been left homeless with no direction from this company at all. It is very distressing! I'm not sure if they just get backhanders from Ageas as one director seems to have been a director also for Ageas for a number of years not that long ago. But that is me surmising as they don't seem to be doing anything for us. What work is going to be carried out at our house, when and when can we go back home?I am just going to add that after this review I had a personal call and they have promised to resolve issues. So 1 more star and let’s see what happens? Maybe they can turn it around?
