You give update saying you have the parcel then nothing until its out for delivery. That's OK if your going to be in, on this occasion I was ready out. If it wasn't for my neighbour seeing the evri agent dropping the parcel on the door step and she took it in.
Could you notify customers the day before saying that your parcel will be delivered tomorrow, then it give you a chance of being in or arrange for a neighbour to take it.
Also very few of your agents ring the door bell when delivering, thay just put the parcel on the doorstep, take a photo and go. I have been in waiting for a parcel and I didn't know that the parcel was outside until I got a message from evri saying that my parcel was delivered.

Evri always appear to have bad press but I’ve never had any issues whatsoever. They always knock & wait or you can choose for your parcels to be left in a particular secure place. I always use their App to send parcels to friends and it’s so easy to track the progress. I find Evri so much more reliable than Royal Mail these days. Highly recommend.
The local driver does not seem to make any effort to deliver parcels, and I often find myself waiting weeks after his initial ‘attempted delivery’. Frequently, the parcel ends up ‘lost’, leaving me without my items and waiting for a refund.
I'm really happy to have a consistent delivery person now. Previously, it took multiple tries to receive my storage jars, and then they just vanished. Since then, we've had Jason, who is wonderful. He waits a bit longer at the door so I can get there and personally hands me the parcels with a friendly goodbye. He pays attention to where to place items because he follows the instructions, unlike others who just drop them and leave. This guy is fantastic, and I truly hope we get to keep him. The service has also improved with another great representative who knows where to leave parcels. I'm feeling optimistic and hope they both remain.
I placed an order and received an email stating it would be delivered today. The service claimed to have left it outside in an outbuilding, but there is no such place where I live. I reside on the third floor of an apartment building, and they should have pressed the door buzzer to deliver it to me directly. There’s no way they could have left it there without it being stolen. This is a complete joke of a service. I'm very dissatisfied and frustrated.
This service is utterly disappointing. They seem to misdeliver parcels and provide false proof of delivery with random photos of doors that aren't even mine—this has occurred twice in a row! It's incredibly frustrating and has caused me significant stress. I attempted to reach out to customer support, but it's nearly impossible to connect with a real person; the automated system offers no help! I'm left with nothing but automated replies, making this experience a complete farce.
I can only comment on the local area, but I haven't encountered a worse delivery service. When a service's performance is so poor that it raises questions in Parliament, there’s clearly a major issue. The app is equally disappointing. It’s true what they say: 'You get what you pay for.'
If you need anything delivered on time (or even to arrive at all), steer clear of this service. Every interaction has led to losses and delays. I recently had a whole suitcase go missing during transit! Today, a 24-hour order has been delayed by at least another 24 hours. Completely unacceptable!
This delivery service is dependable, providing regular updates on shipments and featuring an excellent app. We are fortunate that our local courier excels at his job and adheres to delivery instructions...I recognize that not everyone has the same experience!
I have no issues with the service, and I'm lucky to have a regular driver who is excellent. He handles deliveries and collections with great care and always has a friendly demeanor. Recently, we've had both deliveries and a collection, so I'm unsure which experience to focus on!
