I’ve had two recent deliveries with Evri.. the first I wasn’t in so I was sent an email saying left with a neighbour. I wan’t able to use the tracker for some reason. The second was delivered to me directly and on time. Courier is friendly and polite.

Received the package undamaged and exactly when it supposed to come. I have left the instructions which were followed as well. I do not seem to ever have issues with Evri. Thank you

If your courier is booked to pick up a parcel, it would help if he rang the bell. Only knew he'd been because he dumped a parcel on my doormat, in the open, in the rain so useless on two counts

Just to say, I thought it would have been normal for the courier to knock or ring the door bell on delivery.
My parcel was outside in full view for a while, I didn't realise. advising the courier to alerting customers when outside would be great.

Evri are a good company to receive parcels from and when returning items. We did have a regular guy (Jean-Claude) who was polite, respectful of parcels and property. However, not seen him for a long time but the Evri couriers we do have are ok, no complaints.

I thought I'd have another go & tried the phone number given to me via my 'Becky the Bot' reply, that is given to absolutely everyone who has left a bad review - including clearly EVEN a staff member who hasn't been paid correctly, for god's sake! I had already tried this.
As explained previously here, the so called 'help line''s phone system is automated & relies on correctly inputted info by EVRI so we're not getting any help if that's wrong, are we? I doubt any staff is EVER available to answer, & you can't leave any message - despite what 'Becky' requested me to do.

I was curious as to why the parcel shop appeared to have returned my parcel to the sender without telling me that they had received it for me to collect, so I popped in & showed them the photo that the sender had sent me - of the parcel having been returned to her with an entirely new label generated. The shop's staff assured me that they CANNOT generate labels - it's only EVRI staff who can do that! The shop had NEVER seen the parcel. That label had triggered to me a notification that the parcel was finally to be delivered to me after many apologies that it was delayed - but it shouldn't have been me that was notified, it should have been the sender as she was the one to get it back! This is absolute proof that EVRI has CHANGED the destination address! That's like a bus driver accepting passengers' fares & then after a few stops turning round & taking the passengers straight back to where they got on! Absolutely disgraceful.
This, I realise, has happened to me before & the sellers have accused me of not going to collect the parce, & won't resend itl! I can't collect it if EVRI faffs around with it & sends it straight back, & the shop never receives it, can I? Only the shop's receipt triggers the notification to collect! We all should realise this.
This time the seller has been great & has offered to resend it by Royal Mail at her extra cost & she can't reclaim from Evri as they've closed the delivery as successful! Er...no , only successful if the intended recipient actually gets it!

You give update saying you have the parcel then nothing until its out for delivery. That's OK if your going to be in, on this occasion I was ready out. If it wasn't for my neighbour seeing the evri agent dropping the parcel on the door step and she took it in.
Could you notify customers the day before saying that your parcel will be delivered tomorrow, then it give you a chance of being in or arrange for a neighbour to take it.
Also very few of your agents ring the door bell when delivering, thay just put the parcel on the doorstep, take a photo and go. I have been in waiting for a parcel and I didn't know that the parcel was outside until I got a message from evri saying that my parcel was delivered.

Evri always appear to have bad press but I’ve never had any issues whatsoever. They always knock & wait or you can choose for your parcels to be left in a particular secure place. I always use their App to send parcels to friends and it’s so easy to track the progress. I find Evri so much more reliable than Royal Mail these days. Highly recommend.

Delivery Issues with Local Driver

The local driver does not seem to make any effort to deliver parcels, and I often find myself waiting weeks after his initial ‘attempted delivery’. Frequently, the parcel ends up ‘lost’, leaving me without my items and waiting for a refund.
