Delivery Issue and Poor Customer Support

My parcel was marked as delivered on 12th December 2025, but I haven't received it. I attempted to use the chatbot, but there's no option to talk to an agent! All I get is a photo. I called the provided number, but again, there’s no way to reach anyone! I requested a callback yesterday, but no one has responded. The service is utterly disappointing! I've made several attempts to connect with someone, but the chatbot only allows interaction with one representative, and the phone line only requests a reference number, stating that the parcel can't be located. There are no options to speak to a person or ask for a callback!

Delivery drivers are fine, but the tracking system is lacking!

While there are no issues with the delivery drivers, the tracking system is among the worst I've encountered! Twice in the last week, I've received tracking links that provided no details other than that my parcel is at the depot. Additionally, I got updates less than 30 minutes before the delivery window, with one confirmation arriving 38 minutes after the scheduled time. I was fortunate to be home and didn't have to make any arrangements. It would be helpful if they could at least confirm a delivery day!

The most frustrating delivery experience

This delivery service has been incredibly disappointing. They have held my parcel for two weeks, continuously pushing back the delivery date. With my 18th birthday tomorrow and all my celebrations tied to that package, they have completely ruined my special day. I firmly believe they are the worst in the industry.

Extremely disappointing service

I can't comprehend why I have to give even one star. The service has been awful—parcels have gone missing, been damaged, and delivered to the wrong addresses within the same village. One neighbor received multiple parcels meant for others, all needing to be collected or redelivered by the community. It baffles me why this service is chosen by various companies.

Extremely disappointing experience with this courier service.

This courier service has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not a single delivery has arrived on time, and packages often get lost, with updates that are far from accurate. This latest delivery was no exception; it took forever and was just left at the front door without any notification.
Previously, they misplaced a large package, and the customer service representative merely stated it was lost in transit, brushing it off as a common issue. I only managed to recover it thanks to a contact who works there, who found it abandoned in their warehouse. When it finally arrived, it was in terrible condition, and despite having photos of the original packaging, my insurance claim was denied with the excuse that it was sent that way.
If I could, I would give zero stars. Their customer service is indifferent, and the tracking app is completely ineffective, only providing updates on the day of arrival.

Untrustworthy service with inaccurate weight claims

Untrustworthy service, asserting that a parcel I sent was overweight, claiming it weighed 1.35kg while I paid for 1kg. The actual weight was only 209 grams. Be cautious and document your parcels' weights and dimensions, as they seem to depend on guesswork from delivery personnel. They appear to think their staff are human scales. I had the proof, but it seems they don't rely on their own evidence.

Complete disappointment with the service.

Complete disappointment with the service. They have one responsibility: delivery. And they can't even manage that. The delivery driver marked my parcel as 'delivery attempted' without getting out of the van. It's now the sixth day, and I still haven't received my parcel. It's 11:15 PM, and I received an email saying it’s out for delivery today. I suppose it will arrive just like it did on the previous six days. Terrible delivery service. The previous company was no better, and now with the new name, it's just as unreliable. Failed delivery.

Another frustrating experience with the delivery service

Once again, I faced issues with the delivery service. It's astonishing how individuals and companies continue to rely on such an unreliable provider. I received a notification that my items had been delivered, but when I checked at my door, there was nothing to be found. How does this service keep making the same mistakes? To make matters worse, when I tried to track the package for any clues, I found that tracking had been disabled. I attempted to reach customer support, only to be met with an unhelpful automated response, promising a callback the following day for my investigation request. I wonder if that will actually happen. COMPLETELY INEFFECTIVE SERVICE

I think I’ve done well I’ve managed to dodge Evri quite a bit. But having bought something from a new company I didn’t think to check out the courier. Huge mistake on my part, so it’s a case of Muhammad strikes again I had a member of family here yesterday to take my parcel as I’m disabled and can’t carry things. My delivery time slot was 2.30-4.30pm, Muhammad again decided that he wasn’t delivering my parcel, I was emailed this morning with a delivery slot again between 2.30-4.30, but Muhammad again has decided not to deliver my parcel. So I have completely wasted my sons time, I don’t understand why you keep sending my parcels out with Muhammad he constantly changes my delivery date and time, yet customers are told that we can’t change our delivery time. Muhammad is the worst driver he has absolutely no respect for disabled customers and he never brings my parcels to my door he leaves them at my neighbours door, all he has to do is walk an extra 20 steps to my front door. It honestly beggars belief that he is still employed.

Poor delivery service and damaged property

The driver pushed a package through my letterbox, damaging the seal because he didn't bother to place it in the safe spot I had specified.
